Guiguzi: There are five reasons why a sage can accomplish his mission:
There are those who use Yang virtue – Qian Gua
There are those who are treacherous – Kun
There are those who are sincere and trustworthy – Zhongfu hexagram
There is someone hiding it – Dun Gua
There are those who do it in a normal way – Qian Gua
If we interpret this passage as, five strategies are needed to successfully achieve a career:
Like the Qian Gua's self-improvement
Like Kun Gua, the great virtue of carrying all things
Like the Zhongfu hexagram, meeting with sincerity
Like the Dun Gua, keep your troops in place
Like the humble hexagram, neither arrogant nor impatient
When faced with complex situations, no matter what method is used, the key lies in whether one can accurately grasp the development direction of things and thus grasp the overall development of the whole thing.
只有当我们深刻的理解和领会事物内在的 变化规律，洞悉其所蕴含的道理和本质，这才能够制定出切实可行的计谋策略。
