People with the Earth element in their birth chart are capable of bearing all things and are most likely to take others' responsibilities as their own. It's not that they lack ability, but rather that they habitually put others first. In dealing with people and things, they always choose understanding rather than being calculating; they always silently bear burdens rather than shirking them. Over time, constantly accommodating others ultimately leads to their own suffering; suppressing and hiding emotions eventually becomes internal conflict; fearing to refuse others ultimately leads to the loss of their own boundaries; always thinking about accommodating others, but forgetting to accommodate themselves. A truly mature Earth element person doesn't continue to give unconditionally, but learns to treat themselves well while being tolerant of others. The Eight Characters (Ba Zi) not only reveal one's fortune but also one's talents and life lessons.

The Kui hexagram in the *I Ching* speaks of differences and disagreements between people. Many conflicts don't arise because the other person has become worse, but rather because when we discover our differences and flaws, we begin to oppose each other, even completely rejecting the other. However, the Kui hexagram truly teaches us not to reject differences, but to accept "harmony in diversity." People are inherently different, and differences don't signify right or wrong. On the other hand, the Tongren hexagram discusses how to build relationships. True "harmony" doesn't mean demanding others be exactly like us, nor does it mean idealizing them. It means acknowledging shared values while also embracing differences. Yin contains Yang, and Yang contains Yin; those with strengths also have weaknesses; those who have made mistakes may still possess a kind side. Truly mature people don't negate someone entirely because of their flaws, nor do they blindly worship someone because of their strengths. ✅When judging people, look at the whole picture; ✅Leave room for maneuver in relationships. ✅Accept that others have flaws, ✅And remind yourself that you also have flaws. Because none of us are perfect.

The Bing Fire (丙火) is like a bright red sun, not dimmed by abundant Earth but instead becoming benevolent. Abundant Water (水) cannot extinguish it, revealing its integrity and pleasing nature. Refining Geng Fire (庚火) is fraught with danger, as it is easily frightened by ghosts, breaking the mold to create new life and vitality. People with the Bing Fire element tend to be straightforward. They like what they like and dislike what they dislike, usually expressing their emotions and attitudes directly. If they encounter something they dislike, disagree with, or even feel is wrong, they would rather suffer mutual destruction than easily compromise.

The *Di Tian Sui* (滴天髓) discusses Bing Fire (丙火): "In the Tiger, Horse, and Dog regions, Jia Wood (甲木) is burned away." When fire is at its strongest, its aura is powerful and its sharpness is exposed, easily overwhelming others and even harming oneself or others. However, the *Di Tian Sui* also discusses Ding Fire (丁火): "Strong but not fierce, weak but not impoverished." Even when Ding Fire is at its strongest, it does not lose its original gentle nature. It simply becomes warmer, more transparent, and more intelligent.
