风水勘查常见问题

问：住宅风水勘查怎么收费？
答：马来西亚：公寓／Condo RM 1,200 起，有地住宅 RM 1,500 起。新加坡：HDB 3／4 房 SGD 700 起，HDB 5 房／执行级组屋与私人公寓 SGD 800 起，有地住宅 SGD 1,200 起。实际费用依面积、地点与需求而定，会在预约前确认，并附书面报告。

问：勘查时会看什么？
答：先看外环境，包括道路、斜坡和附近的建筑；再看座向、大门与入口、主卧、厨房等室内格局。勘查后提供书面报告，列出主要发现和实用的调整建议。

问：只发平面图可以做风水评估吗？
答：不可以。平面图看不到大门朝向、窗外景观、周围道路和规划，这些需要到现场才能判断。

问：玄鼎会推销风水产品或要求买化解物品吗？
答：不会。玄鼎不售卖风水产品，也不要求你购买任何东西。报告里的建议是布局和空间使用上的实际调整。
