I Ching Guan Gua – Observing the Heart

In life, it is inevitable that sometimes, we will unconsciously get stuck in a dead end, be stubborn, and be impatient. But don't forget that in life, there is hope and noble people everywhere. When a noble person appears, can you notice it? Do you like the noble person's light and watery advice, or the serious and heartfelt nagging? Begin with the end in mind

"You lack execution in your subject. On the one hand, you want to do it, and on the other hand, you want to relax. You can try to use XX to spur yourself on and give yourself more motivation." The execution of life subjects, in simple terms, is to get things done. To get things done, in addition to having a positive attitude, you must also have the ability to do things. Both of these can be cultivated and learned. As the saying goes: attitude first, ability second. Attitude comes from the heart, an internal evaluation of something. Attitude determines everything. Do you just want to do things well? Or do you use your greatest ability to do things the most exquisitely? The difference between the two limits the individual's pattern. Thus there are different results. Today is the third day of 2023. If you still can't set a goal decisively, you may want to think deeply, is it because of the lack of execution or the lack of an ultimate goal? It is best to set goals "with the end in mind". For example: Modern people have begun to pay more attention to the maintenance of body shape. Losing weight is a goal, but the ultimate goal is actually health. So what we need to do is not to lose weight in a short period of time, but to use the ultimate goal as the standard - adjust eating habits so that we can lose weight healthily and be thin and fit. This is to set annual goals with "the end in mind".
