巽卦（巽为风）的核心是「顺」：以谦让、顺从的态度先缓和关系，再处理事情，让沟通更顺畅。《象传》说「随风，巽；君子以申命行事」，意思是风一阵接一阵地吹，君子也要像风一样，反复、温和地申明命令，把事情一步步做成。
Communication is an important lesson in life.
Misunderstandings often arise due to improper communication.
The same words or the same thing,
Different people have different interpretations.
Different ideas, different perspectives,
Dealing with things is also different.
Communication is not difficult.
The difficulty is when opinions differ.
Can't let go of your status,
Can't let go of obsession.
The more you insist, the harder it is to step down.
This eventually led to a dispute.
That is one of the hexagrams in the Book of Changes, the litigation hexagram.
There is actually "harmony" between people when they get along with each other.

When a dispute occurs, if you can obey the other party first,
To ease the relationship between the two sides.
Then deal with it with humility, compliance and obedience.
Then there will naturally be more harmony between people and in society.

巽卦是什么意思？
巽卦由两个巽（风）重叠而成，卦象是风上加风。巽有「入」与「顺」的意思：风无孔不入，却不强硬，是渐渐渗透、慢慢影响。卦辞说「小亨，利有攸往，利见大人」，大意是做事适合循序渐进，并且需要找到有经验的人指引。
巽卦与讼卦：为什么「顺」能化解争执？
讼卦讲的是争执与诉讼：双方各执己见，谁也放不下身段，越坚持越难下台阶。巽卦提供了另一条路：先顺从、先谦让，让关系缓和下来，再谈事情。先顺后谈，往往比先争后谈更容易达成共识。
在生活里怎么用「顺」？
- 先听完对方的话：不要急着反驳，先确认自己听懂了
- 先认同可以认同的部分：缓和气氛，再说不同的意见
- 放下执着：问自己，我是想解决问题，还是想赢
- 诚心诚意：「顺」必须发自内心，不能矫揉造作
- 拿捏分寸：太过变成盲从，不及则起不了作用
