JB appointments may be in Mount Austin, Molek, Bukit Indah or the wider Iskandar area. The current Erns contact page gives an Iskandar Puteri headquarters, and LTE’s public profile gives Bukit Indah. Senai/Kulai is a separate nearby group, and Jeremy Khai’s JB service is a visiting option from Penang. Ask about travel, timing and follow-up. For a Singapore client arranging a Johor consultation, specify where the property is: a JB appointment does not by itself include a Singapore site visit. [45] [48] [49]

Get these seven points in writing:

Common questions

Are all 16 practices based in central Johor Bahru?

No. The local group includes the wider Iskandar area. KYB is labelled nearby Senai/Kulai; Jeremy Khai is labelled as a visiting consultant from Penang. The comparison makes those distinctions explicit. [45] [48] [49]

Where is Lee Teck Eng’s current listed outlet?

The public LTE Facebook page reviewed for this update gives AEON Mall Bukit Indah. Older directory references to Tebrau should not be assumed current. Confirm the appointment directly before travelling. [17]

Can I book a home visit instead of a Bazi reading?

Ask for the property-assessment service explicitly. Many entries advertise both, but the fee, required information and format can differ. A personal reading at an outlet does not establish that a home inspection is included.

How much does a feng shui consultation cost in JB?

This research did not establish a reliable local market range. Obtain an itemised written quote by property type, area, visit/report scope and follow-up. Do not assume previously circulated online Bazi rates are still valid.

Can Facebook or Instagram be a usable source?
