THE VISIT
How a Singapore feng shui visit works
- Get in touch. Send us your property type, the area of Singapore and your main concern, by WhatsApp or email.
- Confirm the fee and date. We confirm the fee for your property type and an appointment time in writing.
- Share the address privately. The full address is shared only after booking.
- The on-site assessment. We walk through the main door, the main rooms, the kitchen, and the view and surroundings, and we note what matters most for your questions.
- Your written report. You receive a written report with the main findings and practical suggestions that are easy to apply.
Feng shui is a framework for reflection and planning. It does not replace structural, legal or professional advice on a property.

FAQ
Feng shui in Singapore: common questions
Do you visit HDB flats and condominiums in Singapore?
Yes. On-site feng shui assessments cover HDB flats, condominiums and EC, and landed homes such as terraces, semi-detached houses and bungalows. Visits are by appointment only.
How much does a feng shui assessment cost in Singapore?
Fees start from SGD 700 for an HDB 3-room or 4-room flat, from SGD 800 for an HDB 5-room or executive flat, a condominium or EC, and from SGD 1,200 for a landed home. The final fee depends on the number of bedrooms or the floor area, and is confirmed in writing before you book.
Can I book an online Bazi reading if I live in Singapore?
Yes. Online Bazi readings are available to clients in Singapore and worldwide. A reading is a 60-minute video consultation, with up to 10 questions, a recording and a written report. The price is SGD 89, or US$65 or RM 268 if you prefer to pay in US dollars or ringgit; it is the same service in every currency.
What language are the sessions in?
Sessions are conducted in English or Chinese. Written reports can be provided in English. Please mention your preferred language when you book.
Do I need to share my full address before booking?
No. We first confirm the property type and the area. The full address is shared privately after booking and is not published on this website.
What do I need to prepare for a Bazi reading?
Your full name, date of birth, time of birth if you know it, place of birth and your main questions. If you do not know your birth time, a reading is still possible, but with limits that we explain before the session.
Is feng shui the same as Bazi?
No. Feng shui looks at a physical space, such as a home or office, and how it is laid out. Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny) looks at a person's birth chart. They are separate services and can be booked together.
