Caesarean Birth Date Selection: How It Works
Caesarean date selection is available. The safety of mother and baby always comes first, and the doctor decides what dates are medically suitable. Bazi is applied only inside that range.
The order of decisions
- The doctor decides first. Based on the actual condition of mother and baby, the doctor sets the range of dates that are suitable for delivery.
- Then dates and hours are shortlisted. Once you know which dates the doctor allows, Master Mandy Lim selects from the available days and hours using Bazi.
- You and your doctor decide. Date selection does not replace medical advice, and the final decision stays with you and your doctor.
What it does not try to do
Date selection is not about chasing a "perfect" chart, and it does not push you to fit a particular hour. The doctor handles the medical judgement, and the selection looks for suitable times within what is safe and practical.
Staying flexible
Even when a date is chosen, the baby may arrive early. In the end it is best to let things take their course, and to see it as part of the bond between child and parents.
What to send
Please send the event (caesarean delivery), the birth details of both parents, and the range of dates the doctor has allowed. See date selection for fees. Caesarean date selection starts from RM 1,280.
