How to Book a Consultation with Master Mandy Lim

1. Message us. Use WhatsApp and say which service you want (Bazi, I Ching, home feng shui, date selection or naming).
2. Send the details. Each service needs different information: birth details for Bazi, a floor plan for a home visit, the event and birth details for date selection. See the pages for each service.
3. Confirm by payment. You are encouraged to arrange payment in advance, and the appointment is scheduled once payment is made. For Singapore home visits a deposit is suggested to reserve the time slot.
4. Attend the appointment. Online sessions run on video. Home visits take place at the property.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Touch 'n Go, PayPal or DuitNow. Online Bazi readings can also be booked and paid through Fiverr. Prices are published on the pricing page, and the fee for your service is confirmed in writing before you book.

• Rescheduling. Please tell us at least 24 hours before the appointment so the time can be rearranged.
• Arriving late, or an urgent family matter. Please let us know as early as you can. Each case is handled individually and a new time is arranged where possible.
• Cancellation and refunds. Payments are not refunded, but the amount can be used for another service. It does not expire.
• Online sessions. A session is 60 minutes with up to 10 questions. It works best if you bring all your questions to one session.

Online sessions can be held on Zoom, WhatsApp video, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or WeChat. Appointments are available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM Malaysia time, including public holidays, and times for overseas clients can be arranged to suit. Please message us to find a time.

Birth details, floor plans and consultation records you provide are kept by the practice in a password-protected system. A home project can run for one to two years from planning to moving in, and clients often come back with changes to a layout or design, so the original information is kept for reference. The practice does not publish names, addresses or anything that identifies a client, and client details are not used as case examples without asking.
