Booking a Home Feng Shui Visit in Singapore
Master Mandy Lim is based in Johor Bahru and visits Singapore homes by appointment. There is no fixed visiting date: trips are arranged according to bookings. This guide explains how to book, what it costs and what you receive.
How booking works
- Message us on WhatsApp or call, with the property type (HDB, condominium, EC or landed) and your main concern.
- Send the floor plan and, if you wish, the birth details of the household.
- Confirm the fee and date. A deposit is suggested to reserve the time slot, and the fee is confirmed in writing.
- The visit. Surroundings, compass readings, then the main door, living room, kitchen and bedrooms.
- The report. A PDF in 3 to 7 working days, in Chinese or English.
Fees and what is included
Home feng shui in Singapore starts from SGD 700, SGD 800 and SGD 1,200 depending on the property type, and the final fee is confirmed before you book. There is no separate travel charge, because the fee already includes it. Commercial feng shui and a feng shui check before buying a home are also available; the check before buying starts from RM 1,280 and is explained verbally.
